Taylor Woolley is a children's author and illustrator living in Atlanta, Georgia. She also works as a graphic designer specializing in marketing and communication for higher education. She has a soft spot for stories that mix humor with a little bit of heart. Taylor is an active member of SCBWI and Julie Hedlund’s 12x12 Picture Book Challenge. She was a 2022 PBParty finalist and has received numerous recognitions for her illustrations through SCBWI. Taylor once bought a small tortoise from a stranger at a gas station in rural Illinois. That tortoise is now the size of a dinner plate and still growing.
